Case Studies

Selected examples of program design, facilitation, and learning systems work across community, postsecondary, and international contexts.

RAISE Program

The RAISE Program supports postsecondary students with disabilities through accessible instruction, academic coaching, and learner-centered course design. My work focused on modernizing instructional materials, improving accessibility and consistency, and aligning assessment practices with learner needs and institutional expectations. This case study highlights a systems-level approach to instructional design within a postsecondary support program.

Rede Cidadã

Rede Cidadã is a Brazilian nonprofit focused on workforce development and social inclusion for underserved populations. Through collaboration between the International Youth Foundation and Youth Empowerment Project, I helped adapt their community-based programs to support participant engagement and employability-focused development in New Orleans.

Redeploy/ LifeSkills Reimagined

This case study reflects my work within the Youth Services Network, where learning occurs in nontraditional, high-constraint environments. Youth participants often face probation requirements, inconsistent attendance, and social-emotional barriers that complicate standard assessment models.
